- LBLauren BenbowSep 9, 20261.0To the Aarons driver headed from Stony Point to Pantops around 12:30 earlier today passing over the one lane bridge, learn how to stop at a stop sign. You are extremely lucky that you did not cause an accident as you didn’t slow down at all. You drive a box truck, you carry more responsibility as you could cause an accident fatality. In addition, don’t be so rude while breaking the law either. There’s no reason to honk and make faces and gestures. You are supposed to be someone that represents the company and based on that, you are a poor representation. Very much will never be bring my business here. If any managers or store owner is reading this, I would recommend you write up this driver so that maybe you can prevent the liability of an accident later on. It was two males in the front seat and I believe that the driver was a black male wearing a beanie if that helps you figure out who I’m talking about.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
