Worst system is Lowe’s to be sure and they suck at helping customers. Item was in stock online and in their system yet they can’t find it or again it’s stolen. The managers Brooke and Brittany were very dismissive and just horribly rude. It’s sad to say this a reacting theme at all Lowe’s locations. No wonder their managers and employees are fleeing like the rats off the titanic.

I came in for some flooring one morning, Ali was quick to help me find the product I was looking for. He grabbed Carlos for assistance, the two of them were happy be there working, happy to assist with loading and a pleasure to meet. You don’t find environments like this often anymore in large retail. I will chose this Lowe’s over competitors due this customer experience. Pool service either in the store or over the phone. I ordered a microwave on 5/10. Estimated delivery and install on 5/26. Now passed 2 days. I am still tracking and calling to Lowe's for updates. No one could response to give me exact answer or push the process. Then request to talk to the supervisor or manager. It has been waiting on line more than a 30 minutes. It's not only one times. It has been several times. What a shame for the work.
