I'm not sure how this facility maintains such high ratings based on my recent experience.
The elevator serving my unit has been out of service for months with no apparent timeline for repair. The only information provided is a sign stating it's "temporarily closed until further notice."
The common areas are also poorly maintained. The stairwells and hallways are dirty, and there was a dead mouse in the stairwell for over a week before I finally removed it myself. The restrooms have been closed for at least two weeks, possibly longer. As of today, the security gate has been left open continuously, which suggests it may not be functioning properly.
Overall, the level of maintenance and upkeep does not justify the price, especially after my rent nearly doubled. I'm looking for another storage facility and would recommend others explore their options before renting here.

I was searching for a storage unit on short notice and was fortunate to find a great deal with Sohail in Chantilly. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service.
When I stopped by in advance to take a look before my belongings arrived, Sohail proactively moved me to a better unit that was closer, had access to a working elevator, and had recently been personally cleaned by him. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the entire process much easier.
I didn't expect this level of customer service from a storage facility, but it was genuinely appreciated. Sohail went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area.
