  Great installation of new wall to wall carpet and a surged runner for the hall. The steps were done very professionally by Omar and Fred was a great help in deciding on final choices. We have used the great cleaning services for years and now are happy customers of the re-carpeting service.

  I had a great experience with Ayoub Carpet Service from beginning to end. Ryan, the floor manager and project contact, was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process, from helping me select the flooring and carpet to keeping me updated on the installation. Rigo and Hector, the installers, did an excellent job. They worked hard, paid attention to the details, and the finished flooring and carpet look great. When a couple of small items needed to be addressed afterward, they came back and made sure everything was completed properly. I really appreciated the professionalism and customer service from everyone involved, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Ayoub Carpet Service to anyone looking for new flooring or carpet.

  An absolutely wonderful carpet cleaning service experience! The gentleman who visited to estimate the job was thorough and pleasant. His estimate was fair& competitive with others.The two technicians who performed the job were customer-driven & professional. Their work was impeccable from area rugs, to steps, to wall-to-wall carpet cleaning. Their equipment was as quietly competent as its operators! I will use Ayoub again without hesitation!

  We had Ayoub resand and re-finish two rooms and the hallway of oak flooring. They recommended against it, as it was connected to oak flooring in another two rooms, but we recently bought the house and the wear and tear was limited to a very confined space. They arrived precisely when they said they would, and did a tremendous job of refinishing the flooring. We had hardwood floors put down in our previous home, and it was an incredible mess. The guys who did the work were absolutely professional and did first rate work from beginning to end. You have to look at the flooring in just the right light and time, knowing where to look, to see where they stopped their work. Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Carlos and Edgar swiftly picked up my damaged oriental rug, helping to move a few items around to remove it safely. They did the same when they returned 3 weeks later with a beautifully repaired clean rug. I also had Ayoub stretch and clean a carpet in another part of my house. They did a great job with both, yet taking one star away as they had to remove the quarter round trim on one part of the room and were unable to put it back, so I had to find a handyman to do so. A few pieces of trim were damaged in the process. I wish the Ayoub appraiser would have relayed this possibility or that the carpet stretching person would have had the tools to put the quarter round trim back.
