  Great store and amazing customer service. Barb (sales) helped me with a problem my hot tub was having by getting technician out in just a few days ( tub was 3 hours away from their base of operations). Matt ( technician) showed up on time and quickly got everything up and running perfectly. He was out of cell service but sent a very detailed text explaining everything as well as called once he was back in cell service area. Would I buy another hot tub? Yes, but only if the support/service was provided by capitol hot tubs. THANKS BARB!

  Great inventory to demo and staff to work with at this store. Purchase went without a hitch through Simone, with the install crew being professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to go through them again for my next tub or any hot tub maintenance needs.

  Simone at Capital Hot Tubs was great. As soon as I walked in she was greeted me, was friendly and not intrusive. We talked through the showroom and looked through all of the various options and what would be best for my husband and I. I felt was was super honest and not pushy (which I really appreciate). After we made our purchase, she continued to be responsive and accommodating, really impress with the customer service. We love our hot tub and totally recommend Capital Hot Tubs!!

  Simone is the best!! She was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the entire process. We ended up going with the saltwater option and we love it! Thanks Simone!
