  We stopped in the Container Store a couple weeks ago and bought some laundry organizers. Cindy could not have been more helpful- once we had identified what we wanted to go with, she was solicitous and helpful through the check-out, helped us cart it out and even helped keep a near-by curb pick up spot free for loading. This woman went above and beyond and I wish there was a more formal way to call out how helpful she was. I have always liked the Container store but Cindy has made me a loyal customer for life!

  I even want to rate zero if possible. Terrible customer service ever! I placed the order pickup on 03/19/26 and drive around 45mins to pick up. When I arrived and pickup, they told me part of my order were not available but that staff said she already let the warehouse know and they would get them by the following Wednesday. And she told me she will give me a call by that day and ship to my house no matter it’s available or not. However, I did not get any updates after that. After waiting for two weeks, I called in and checked it up, the lady who picked up my phone call just ask me to cancel and nothing she can do with a terrible attitude. I asked if it’s not available why don’t you guys just let me know earlier? Total waste time!

  It's a very clean and organized store. About half of what they sell are In-House brands. Some are pretty good like the Elfa. The stuff they sell that isn't in-home is also good but marked up (SimpleHuman). Don't expect any help from the staff. My recommendation is to go to the store for inspiration, take some pictures and then go on-line to get the help you might get from an associate ten years ago.
