  I was so impressed with the level of detail Eloisa and Santa gave to cleaning my apartment. Everything was spotless, including elements that I didn't even expect them to clean. And they were very friendly with my cat who needed to be involved in everything :). I'll definitely use them again!

  We were very pleased by the efficiency and attention to detail from the Green Mop team who came to clean our home. We have many rugs and fragile items and all were treated with care. The team worked non-stop, going from top to bottom in the house, spending about five hours and making the place shine. We appreciated their willingness to respond to our requests and their ability to get the job done well with very little input or supervision from us. They are clearly professionals! We have already requested our next session with Green Mop and look forward to a long-term relationship. Thank you Green Mop and team!

  The Green Mop has been servicing our homes for over the past dozen years. They are hard-working, organized, respectful, and ethical. I really appreciated that we talked through our home each time we moved somewhere new, to discuss expectations and services. And the communication and responsiveness from the front office is great.

  Was disappointed. I mentioned to the reception that I had two doctors appointments in the morning and she agreed for an evening cleaning appointment to accommodate. I came home from my first appointment very early to see that the cleaning girls were waiting outside my home in the heat. I had received an e-mail that morning while I was at my dr appointment of a morning cleaning time opposite of what I was told. I wasn’t even called to alert me that they were there and waiting despite that they were both holding cell phones. On top of this everyone I told what rooms to clean, (receptionist and cleaners) completely disregarded the information. Cleaners actively opened rooms -I had shut- to clean them. Scented cleaners were defiantly used as my upstairs smelled strongly (like my deceased grandmothers perfume strong) for 2 weeks afterwards. Otherwise did a good job cleaning though they did forget to push some furniture back into place after cleaning behind it. Will defiantly not return to them and look further for a more detail oriented actual green cleaning service. Please look at image attachments of e-mail exchange between us for further details of my experience with The Green Mop. It’s really amazing with the lack of care that they have such good ratings. The most precise and efficient thing they do is take appointments and payments. Update: a few days later the husband of company called me and started throwing every excuse at the book at me to try to get another star added specifically. Some of his excuses were incorrect, that the receptionist had an accent I didn’t understand, despite that she didn’t and I speak other languages. And that I wasn’t a business owner so I wouldn’t understand (I am, which is why it made it more disappointing). He kept me on the phone for twenty minutes despite me saying I needed to go, desperate for a Google review change. Eventually I had to hang up bc I couldn’t tolerate it anymore. I feel like this filed my suspicions of the good reviews sounding all the same. I still think about how awful my experience was and am still hesitant to hire anyone for deep cleaning years later.
