I called the store 20 min before closing and Karen grabbed the right thing for me and cut it to size (arrived right as the store closed to pick it up). Thanks to her fielding my call, I was able to finish my project that night rather than waiting another several days (I was about to go out of town for a work trip).

I called in to Clarendon and got David who graciously spent time explaining the Elfa system, providing SKU numbers, and giving great advice. Great customer service - knowledgable, patient, and forgiving.
- ALAmy B LynnJan 4, 20264.0Wish I’d checked the validation policy before leaving the store. Garage charges by the hour and I assumed I was good for an hour, but validation is only for 1/2 hour. It’s 1/2 off for 30-120 minutes. Option was to go to Whole Foods and get validated there (2hrs) but I didn’t know because no one answered the phone in a reasonable time (several cycles though automated greeting) and a car pulled up behind me so I had to pay and go. Especially annoying because it’s Sunday so I could have parked on the street for free. Employee who greeted and checked me out from the garage entrance was friendly
