- TLTassia LandefeldFeb 21, 20232.0The sales lady was a bit rude, but it didn't stop me from buying a sectional. Biggest problem was notification of delivery. We were told two weeks minimum, and that I'd get an email notification. Turns out, two weeks actually means two days, with lessbthan ten hours notification, overnight. So my husband had to leave work on short notice, and rent a truck to remove our old couch and move in the massive, heavy boxes left on our porch at 8am on a Tuesday. We wound up spending $400+ in unexpected costs due to negligence in the delivery/ notification process.

The lovesac insert, cover, squattoman, footsac and squattoman cover. They had an excellent holiday going on for Christmas. Super easy access to the store from the garage which is nice when you're carrying a lovesac to your car! Definately will not be ny last purchase from this store. Getting here in VA traffic on the other hand, Now that's another story. Overall the store and staff get a 10/10.
