Clean facilities, great prices, helpful staff, the only thing I dislike were their hours. 10pm closing time where challenging And I would’ve appreciate some emergency hours where a manager or supervisor could open the location for us. Other than that, thank you for a wonderful experience!

The pros: 24/7 access. Location.
The cons: everything else. This place is disgusting (see photos). Trash everywhere, the facility is never cleaned, things are broken, clearly no one checks bc someone has been storing stuff in the loading dock for months. All of my clothes are ruined bc it smells like moth balls. The price also kept going up unannounced (or they’d tell you 7 days before the price went up which isn’t enough time to move out). Ending rate for 8x10 was $293. Other units in the area are cheaper and for MUCH better facilities.
