Rosa was AMAZING! I was a long time renter w/this facility (as Life Storage) prior to moving overseas. Any time I came in, the previous staff were always helpful and pleasant. I remembered their courtesy and came to see if there were any spaces available to rent. Rosa greeted me w/her beautiful smile and bubbly personality. She was thorough in helping me to find a space large enough to fit my belongings, at an affordable price. I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond in assisting me to get just the right size unit. This is why I came back... the staff. The staff is what helps to keep ExtraSpace Storage (formerly Life Storage) at the top of their game.
