Rosa was so helpful today! Bait and switch! We got an initial good deal on an extra large unit and then the rate went up appropriately. Not too long after that, we received notice that our rate was going up 33%! That is ridiculous! Additionally, while they claim that top floor units are elevator accessible, there are stairs throughout the hallway so that you can't wheel your items from the elevator to the unit - they have to be brought down TWO sets of stairs in a narrow hallway. That is extremely inconvenient. We were willing to put up with the inconvenience given the rate of the unit at the time but will not do so now. Be careful renting here!
