I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to the lady at the front desk MS. Danielle. She was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and smooth. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels genuinely attentive these days, but she definitely made a positive impression. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend this location based on the service I received.

It is a storage facility. They got that part right. However, the price increases are outrageous and the building is hardly my idea of "climate controlled".
Shop around for a lower price that lasts. Do you really need all your excess stuff?
Do you have a friend or relative with a basement? Choose wisely.
Extra space will bleed you dry. Their customer service is trash. Do not recommend! Avoid. I hate this company.
