It doesn’t matter if you are sexually harassed by Bill in the plumbing department, who “jokingly” told me to not molest him.. after telling two store managers who then told me it’s a corporate thing, I have avoided this store for over a month because they will sweep it under the rug and no one does anything about it… this man is still employed by them.

Avoid same day delivery from Lowe's
Store uses a 3rd party, One Rail. No one accepts responsibility for orders never delivered. Lowe's and One Rail accuse each other, and at the end of the day Lowe's has a problem with their chosen provider who steals orders apparently (CCTV footage verified), yet Lowe's gives zero interest to customers being out hundreds of dollars.
Corporate incompetence and greed at its finest.

I bought a washer from this store yesterday and the associate neglected to tell me that free shipping was no longer something they offer. I also remember him saying shipping was free and only a $49 charge if we had them hook it up when it was brought to my home. We discussed all costs with the associate and this charge was never brought up or we were never given the choice of picking it up at the store for free. This is bad business and potential buyers should be alerted that shipping from your store is no longer free, not just added without a conversation and hope we won't notice. I will never buy anything else from this Lowe's. I am also considering cancelling my purchase as well. Someone needs to make this right.

This Lowe’s store has a new manager, and you can tell! Staff is friendlier and offers help! Faith at customer service was lovely, helpful, and funny. Priscilla in the garden center was friendly and efficient. Two great new additions to this location! Keep up the changes Lowes!
