When Dustin Lexi an hunter were there it was great people never complained myself as a customer was taken care of an everything was great I’ve never had an issue w Aaron’s we have been w them for years now . I wish they had someone better an had more understanding customer service . Treat their employees better and customers Since Dustin an other employees have left it’s not the same !! Only one who is left is Emily an she is sweet
- AHAmber HilemanAug 12, 20265.0I've rented through Aaron's a lot. They have the best staff. Definitely in Abingdon and Bristol.
- RWRosella WalleyJul 29, 20261.0My brother went to Aaron’s to rent a washer when ours quit, we had to wait a week for delivery and this is what we got when they finally brought it. It is disgusting, looks like they just picked it up from Someone else who was clearly not clean and delivered it to my house. I have not contacted anyone as of this time because I was at work and just saw it, but I will be contacting someone first thing tomorrow. This is ridiculous they expect people to pay for for something this nasty.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.
