- RMRiley MorrisMay 5, 20261.0Mice! Mice! Mice! This facility has a problem with mice and rude staff. I purchased a unit through their auction. They called me and said there was no one available to work that day so I would have to come another day. Then when I was able to go in I got there at 5:40 PM. They close at 6 PM Shawna said I was "lucky" she was going to help me because they usually dont do them that late. I showed up 20 minutes before closing with cash in hand for 5 minutes of paperwork and a 2 minute walk out to the unit. When I tried to return the family photos and legal papers I found in the unit they said they dont take them and return them to the owner and that I should just throw them away. Ive purchased units from 5 different extra space facilities and every one of them has taken them. I think they just didnt want to have to do the extra work of returning them.
