As you can see, I reserved a 20x20 “drive up” unit online, and paid in full for it, only to find, upon arrival, that no such unit with these dimensions exists. Additionally, the woman that I spoke with on the phone was not able to offer any meaningfully equivalent solutions. Moving is extremely stressful, and I only had help reserved for a certain amount of time. So much time was wasted while I was on the phone with this “manager” that I was not able to execute my move as planned—no apologies or concessions were offered for this. Additionally, you can see that I reserved 400 sq ft of space for $219 per month. Her solution was to get me into a 10 x 30 and a separate 10 x 10 unit for $286 per month—much more expensive despite this being an equivalent amount of space. No explanation was offered for this discrepancy in pricing, and nothing truly helpful was done to make it right. I had no choice but to take would I could, because I had no other recourse at this point. But I strongly advise that you not risk putting yourself in a similar situation. Avoid this place.
