    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Tonight, I went to Lowe’s with my boyfriend because my dad was in the middle of building a gazebo and needed a specific screw. He was busy working on it, so he sent us with the screw size and instructions, even though we didn’t fully know what we were walking into. When we got there, the store was actually really well organized, especially the aisle layout, which made it easier to narrow things down. But even then, every screw looked slightly different than what we needed, so we were still unsure. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out on our own, we realized we probably needed help. There weren’t many employees available on the floor, and the ones we saw were busy, so we asked the self-checkout worker for help. She called someone over for us, and we waited a few minutes before someone came. The employee who helped us was young and about our age. He didn’t come off very formal or professional in customer service, but more casual he even called us “bro” and “dude,” which made it feel more relaxed like we were just talking to a friend. He was wearing pajama-style pants, a t-shirt, and a Lowe’s jacket, so it didn’t feel very put together. That said, he was still helpful in the sense that he was also trying to figure it out with us, so it felt more like all of us were just looking at the same problem together rather than him leading the situation. Overall, it didn’t really speed things up, but having another set of eyes did help us feel a bit more confident in what we were looking at. My main takeaway is that the store could benefit from having more staff available in the hardware section, especially for customers who are trying to find very specific items and might need clearer guidance

    Went in to purchase a battery charger for my craftsman, pushed the button to get help waited 20 minutes. No one showed up. Your customer service has gotten bad With has many home improvement store has there is your better improve or I will shop else where

    Lowes was easy to browse and find what we were looking for. We were checked out by the cashier Sylvia and despite the busy day, was kind, helpful and did a great job!
