Asked an employee for help finding a product, the guy treated me like I was the dumbest person and that it was a complete inconvenience for him. I had the name of the product that was on the Lowe’s website and he couldn’t even look it up in their system to find it in the store. I resorted to using the app, why even have employees if they aren’t willing to do the bare minimum? (For the record other employees seemed nice but the guy we talked to was not)

My mom and I came in to shop here last weekend. We used self checkout and there was a man working. He uncomfortably hovered over us the entire time and made us count things in front of him. I was taking things from the cart, scanning them, and putting them on the tray so nothing was not accounted for. My daughter had a bag of candy that I was accused of not scanning. I told him my daughter had brought it in from the car and he said “oh yeah we don’t even sell that kind here”. We even said thank you as we walked out and he was very off putting. I have never in my life been treated like that. It was uncomfortable and there was no valid reason for us to be treated that way. It makes me never want to shop here again.
