The staff at this location were so great to work with. They really pride themselves in customer service. I had no problems for the 7 months with my items in storage. It was clean, safe and easy to access. I would highly recommend this location.

Please pick a different location. The lot is completely unsupervised. I have never seen an employee in the office. No cameras. Pretty sure I saw a homeless woman living in one of the units. No wonder all my unit was broken into and everything stolen.

Jake was very helpful and informative about the whole process. Made it easy to rent a unit. For us old people it is nice that there is someone that will help and not make fun of being old. Thanks to him I have a great outlook on renting a unit from extra space. Let’s hope it all goes well when I move in Fingers crossed. No pun intended to Jake me and him joked about his finger issue. He is a number one sport in my book. Great employee.

My experience with this location has been very disappointing. I have been trying to retrieve my belongings for over a week, and every time I’m told they are “not available.” It felt like they were just buying time while continuing to charge me for storage.
I have called customer support multiple times, and the only solution they offer is to come back the next day. No one actually resolves the problem.
On top of that, they were not transparent about the pricing. I originally signed up thinking I would pay around $23 per month, but over time I realized I was being charged $98 per month. That increase was never clearly explained to me.
Finally, accessing the facility is terrible. The entry process is frustrating and unreliable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
