We got a storage unit and paid and introductory rate 9 months ago for 4 months for $90 a month. Then our rate went up to $197 for the last 5 months and now they are raising it to $277 a month!!!!!! What in the actual hell is going on here? How can you increase your price that much in under a years time? Will be moving all my stuff out ASAP. Worst business out there.

I’ve talked to many storage unit managers. They mostly irritate me and I want to chuck my phone after our conversation. Not Jake with Extra Space. This guy has all the answers and is friendly about it. I don’t want to hit him like I do the rest unless it’s to give him a high five!!
