I will say that the unit was clean, secure, and easy to access, however continual rate increases to 250.00 a month for a 10 X 15 unit is excessive. In addition we called on a friday to notify them we had moved out, and that the unit was clean. The next monday (late afternoon) they were sending a notice that the next month payment was coming due. They also didnt prorate us for moving out early even after renting a unit from them for 5 years. We would have been much further ahead to throw everything away instead of paying for that unit. It cost more than ten times the value of every thing we had stored.
