ESS is a superior climate controlled storage facility in all aspects: security, ease in access, cleanliness, value, and management. I don’t understand a month to month storage unit and you pay six months in advance. Don’t sign a contract. Haven’t even moved in yet. but yet you can’t get all your money back, minus one month. . I don’t understand. I wish someone could explain it to me. My lawyer says that we could fight it and I’m trying to figure out if I want to, but these guys are very unfriendly and please think twice about using them. Thank you. Hope everyone has a good day.
