I cannot say enough good things about Extra Space Storage in Syracuse! My family and I have used this location multiple times over the years, and every single experience has been wonderful. Whether we’ve had questions about billing or costs, needed help navigating the website, or needed to find a larger unit, the staff has always gone above and beyond to help us.
And Rachel, the location manager, is truly the BEST. She is incredibly kind, personable, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she helps. Even when I’ve come in frustrated, grumpy, or just completely confused about something, she has always taken the time to explain everything, help me figure it out, and somehow make the whole experience better.
Customer service like this is honestly rare. There are plenty of places to rent a storage unit, but having someone like Rachel there is the reason I would recommend this location over and over again. She is an absolute gem, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her!
