The biggest asset to Extra Space Storage is their site manager, Rachel! Any time I call, she’s so kind and always knows who I am. She’s ready to help and gets me taken care of immediately. She keeps the property very tidy! I’ve personally seen her out cleaning doorways of debris. I’ve had units with different companies and the site managers are so rude and annoyed. Rachel is a breath of fresh air. A pleasure to communicate with. Give her a raise!
