Gave me a price for my system that I could live with and the install was clean, quick and the system is years beyond what my previous system could do. Everyone I've dealt with at PEAK have been professional and kept me informed at each step of the process. Highly recommend PEAK!!
- NSNancy ServatiApr 13, 20211.0I do not recommend this company! All so nice until you sign. After that they will charge you $120 per hour for any help after 90 days, not including parts because there is no manufacture warranty that they will try to help you with. They actually told me to call them. This includes any issue on their equipment that is all junk. They will blame you, your internet provider and even the walls in your house where internet signals are strong on your WiFi devices but even though the panel says strong signal their faulty equipment will only work sometimes. Lots of excuses and promises to get outside of the 90 days then you will pay. I asked to get out of the contract after 1 year due to them not standing behind their product with no chance. They are more trained to tell you NO than to help you.
