- RRRedMesaJun 3, 20265.0We originally purchase a spa from Costco which actually never worked from day one. We returned the spa and went over to Red Rock Spa. Greg took amazing care of us from the minute we stepped in the door. Greg provided us with very thorough information about replacement units that would be similar in size and features to the Costco unit we returned. We decided on a Sundance model and could not be happier! I thought that the amazing care we received from everyone at Red Rock Spa could not be fond anymore but they easily dismissed that thought. We have had our new spa for a few weeks now and have gone back to the store a few times with questions on chemicals and maintenance and Greg sat down with us for a one on one education on proper care. We took our time and were not rushed. By the time we left we were very confident on what we needed to do and I know we can always go back with more questions at any time. Thanks to everyone at Red Rock for outstanding service! You all are to be commended! Thank you

He was very knowledgeable on everything we asked him about. We have issues with our water foaming. He made some suggestions. He showed us the right product buy. We walked around the store looking at the hot tubs and the swim spots. He gave us pricing on everything that we asked him about He is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He has a great smile too. I would recommend this store to anyone that asked me🙂
