  Who doesn't like Hobby Lobby? The fall decor is out and I could not believe the variety of beautiful products.

  So i usually love hobbylobby they are just incredible have everything I need just in time. USUALLY... so I asked a lady about 3 weeks ago when more of a item would be in stock as I only prefer to use this item instead of other brands/stores because I like it better and the price was perfect. She said they re order every Tuesday so come by around a week from then and it would be re stocked because they are good at seeing when shelfs have been emptied and to re fill them. The next week nothing. The fallowing week from that still nothing. I asked a lady again who was so nice told me to go up front and ask to be on a list that would assure they would order more and contact me when it arrived so I could come In ... this was a awesome thing to hear like I was going to get 30 of one item and 32 of the other at least $70 worth of product from this store right??? So i get up front and the lady immediately snappy rude with me I didnt catch her name she was in a purple sweater and dark hair. She pretty much said no, how it wasn't gonna work to be on a list so she wouldn't do it. Told me they order an it never shows up that the hobby lobby people send them what they think they need instead and ignore them and ends it with you can try but it won't show up soon tells me she recommends for me to go order it online instead so im like oh ok from like hobby lobby and can i have it shipped here or to my house? Rude again she said I don't know ive never used our online site I ment go on amazon or somthing because who knows if you'll even gst your order if you do it with hobby lobby... which then I walk away and just felt weird. So this was the 1st and only bad encounter I've ever had here which is what prompted the review to be made. Someone get this lady outta this store she's not a good fit to be there if next time I go in I'll try to see her name and edit the review to add it so people know avoid her so a good store isnt ruined by one bad apple. Also I did go online and ordered what I needed and its being shipped to my house just fine. I should have asked for a manager about this lady because 👌 wow not good. She was working as a cashier durring the encounter. This all happened Tuesday afternoon.

  This store is a crafters paradise. Some of everything you could expect. I was especially pleased that there were some carts parked between the handicapped spaces. My wife is handicapped and needs a cart to hold on to. We did not have to go far to get one for her.

  I love Hobby Lobby and have been here many times! However, I have interacted with Monica more than once and every single time I've found her to be extremely rude, abrasive, and unwilling to help. Monica enters the conversation immediately with a bad attitude, no matter the question or help I've asked for. I've seen her yell and berate employees for no reason, including management above her. I've seen her interact with other customers in a similar manner. I have never in my life experienced such a sour retail employee and I believe Monica should find a different career path that does not include customer service.

  Today i bought a frame that was stated on the whole aisle 40 % off all frames get to the register i say that 40% off no not that one it is your price. that’s your price nothing on sign says that false advertising or move these frames. or put on sign on select frames. Doesn’t make me want to shop there. Bad job hobby lobby i have had this problem before on something else.😡
