  I wasn’t even going to go here because I thought it was just a cheap box store but I was wrong!!! I found the perfect dining chairs that were solid and really nice and the price couldn’t be beat! The sales people were great and didn’t hover too much but I knew they were available to help me. Great experience! Would recommend!

  I honestly don’t know where to begin with this experience. We ordered a bunk bed set from Furniture Row and were originally told one part was backordered for about two weeks. We were assured the bed could still be delivered and assembled and that the missing part would not affect our ability to use it. When the delivery team arrived and started assembling the bed, they discovered there were MORE parts missing. I called the store to figure out what was going on and was told we would have to wait a few more weeks. A few weeks turned into a month. By this point, it had been nearly TWO MONTHS since we paid for the bed, and our two kids were still sleeping on the floor because of repeated mistakes and miscommunication. We called again trying to get answers, and no one seemed to know what was going on or where the parts were. After my wife finally had enough, we were told they would look into it. About 30 minutes later, we received a call saying they actually HAD the parts there—they just didn’t know where they were or what order they belonged to. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They finally scheduled the delivery. We specifically told them there was a certain time we could NOT do because nobody would be home, and we were told it would be put in the notes. The day before delivery, we got a text scheduling us for—you guessed it—the exact time we told them we couldn’t do. After everything we had already dealt with, you would think Furniture Row would have made an effort to accommodate us and get this resolved. Then, later that night around 9 PM, the delivery driver called and asked if he could come out and finish the job. At that point, I didn’t care how late it was. I just wanted the bed we had paid for two months earlier finally taken care of. And I want to make one thing very clear: THANK YOU to the delivery driver. He was the one person throughout this entire mess who actually stepped up, made an effort, and got the job done. He did an amazing job, and I genuinely appreciate him coming out that late to take care of us. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Furniture Row overall. Two months of delays, missing parts, poor communication, scheduling problems, and two kids sleeping on the floor while we waited for a bed that had already been paid for is unacceptable. After this experience, I seriously have to reconsider whether I would ever purchase from Furniture Row again. Five stars to the delivery driver. Furniture Row needs to do much better.
