I bought a water heater from Triple T in 2021 and my status light is showing that I already need a new burner. I called to asked if it was under warranty still they said only the technician would know.
I got on the manufacturer website and was able to check for myself if was. I put in the serial number and it told me what each parts warranty was.
I called back to get someone out, only to find out that it is going to cost me $89 to have someone come a look at it. It's under warranty, parts and labor, but they still want $89 to come out to my house and tell me what I already know. That should all be covered under labor.
I called a different company, and they are going to charge me $20 to come and look at a water heater they didn't even install!!
This fee is straight up predatory, and thy should feel ashamed.

Brad Steele was wonderful to have in our home. He gave us several options as well as suggestions. He took great care of our gas line issues and connected our new gas range. He noticed some other problems while here that were most revealing and needed immediate attention as well as others that could cause troubles down the road. I could tell in a relatively short time frame that he was well seasoned and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, but even more impressive was his genuine concern towards his clients. He is one employee that Triple-T needs to make sure they keep for a long time. If I could give Brad a dozen stars I would!

Great repair of many things that my system that is only 4 years old had wrong with it. In other words it was installed sloppy and just not done correctly!
Committed to come repair a hole in a copper pipe at ~09:45. This was an emergency situation and with that committment in hand we stopped reaching out to other plumbers. Texted me at 13:50 that the person scheduled had to go home, so they would not be sending anyone until 2 days later.
At least they communicated, but very disappointing to say the least.
