  Mac did a winter check on my heating system. She went far beyond the call of duty, finding things like my exhaust pipes were sagging and having other workers come out and fix that problem, finding a water drain hose in the wrong place and fixing that problem, and she also emptied a bag of salt for me into my water softener tank. What great service. She was pleasant, good attitude, could tell she likes her job. She needs a raise.

  Clayton was friendly and respectful of our home. He cleaned and tested or fire place to make sure everything was in working order before he left. Thank you Clayton for the great service. You represented Triple T well.

  Jim from Triple T came out for our semiannual HVAC check, and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He was ahead of schedule and gave us a courtesy call to make sure arriving early would work for us. I really appreciated that consideration! Jim was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If we have any HVAC issues in the future, he’ll be the first person I call. Highly recommend Jim and Triple T!
