I understand the founder is scared of ghosts because his deep religious background, but it's time to let go of that fear and embrace holiday's that have the purpose of just having fun.

- MOMy OpinionJun 18, 20262.0I love your store, but I absolutely hate shopping here when it’s busy. The checkout process is painfully slow and honestly makes me reconsider coming in at all. The last time I visited, I ended up leaving my items and walking out because the line wasn’t moving. Watching employees manually enter items one by one instead of scanning them is completely outdated. I can’t think of another major retailer that still operates this way. Your employees are doing the best they can, but the checkout system is inefficient, time-consuming, and creates an awful customer experience. It’s hard to understand why a company of this size hasn’t invested in a modern checkout system. Something needs to change.
