- DWDahni WilyJul 12, 20263.0Many things that are useful. Loved the discount on the patriotic items. Staff that were stocking were not friendly. They can see we are looking for items and not one asked if we needed help. When I asked a question about an item, she was annoyed. Bad customer service, no matter what your position is. When you're amongst customers, HELP. Be a good customer service person, or take a job cleaning toilets. Cashier was young and O.K. she did her job but wasn't too friendly and I will say its because she was young and it was a busy day. I can also say that her Trainer did a poor job. Hobby lobby still has good things you can sue for parties and most projects you may have for celebrating.

The store is always clean, well organized, and full of unique home décor, seasonal decorations, craft supplies, and gifts. I can easily spend much longer here than I planned because there’s always something new to discover. One of my favorite parts of shopping here is bringing my daughter. She absolutely loves looking through the toy section and gets so excited to see all the stuffed animals, games, and creative activities. Even if we don’t leave with a toy, she has so much fun exploring everything, which makes our shopping trips even more enjoyable. The employees have always been friendly, and checking out is usually quick and easy. The weekly sales are another great bonus, making it easy to find good deals on items for crafts, decorating, or gifts.
