Top notch customer service and support. After an accidental mishap of ending up at the wrong storage location and a guest letting me in the gate, I purchased a rental just to get a code to open the gate again to leave and get out before the final closing at 10pm. I immediately canceled my rental after. They called the next day to inquire and offered a refund and shared a good laugh with me. Not only were they kinds and attentive, they have a very clean, safe and SECURE location. I kind of wished this was the location we chose to rent from now and might just do that in the future.
