Say they will call office to discuss payment and don't. Did service then held vehicle hostage until huge payment was made. I only gave 1 star because they did actually break into the vehicle.

But charging $275 to drill a hole through a deadbolt plus an additional service call is not reasonable in any sense of the word. Lesson learned. I would recommend calling any other locksmith before you call here.

They’ll charge you $400 to drill your door knob. I get paying for experience, but I didn’t pay for experience, I paid for ineptitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve locked myself out of my house, so yeah, that’s on me. But the other people I had, could pick my lock and get me in just fine (if I could remember who I called then I would have and would have saved $300). When he pulled up and saw my cheapest-you-can-get door knob from Home Depot all I get is “I can’t pick that lock, it’s too secure.”. Sadly I didn’t have time to find an alternative at that point so… sucks to be in a self-made crappy situation but made worse by over-priced ineptitude. Edit: sadly I’m just seeing the other reviews here on google for this place. Damn, should have read these first. Exact same thing on all of the reviews.
