  I called and they gave me a quote on the phone instantly that was cheaper than everyone else’s and they came out a couple hours later and fixed everything I needed same day. They were amazing to work with and definitely know what they’re doing! He fixed my hose faucet in Saratoga Springs! Happy with the service they provided!

  I had Chris back out for an outdoor spigot that wouldn’t shutoff and my DIY efforts fell short. He diagnosed and replaced the issue in about 30 minutes including accessing the interior piping through a discrete hole in our basement ceiling. Worth every penny for his speed and expertise.

  The pilot light on our water heater went out and smelled of gas. The gas company shut the heater off, saying it was broken and to replace it. So, we began the search. We got a couple of quotes and sales pitches, but nothing felt right. Finally, we called Chris at H&M Plumbing. He came out and discussed a few options with us, but then he asked what exactly happened the day the gas company came (something no one else had done). He looked at our water heater, said it wasn't defective at all, and explained what had gone wrong with it (a minor but not commonly-known issue). He started it back up and it worked fine. In short, Chris didn't sell us a water heater we didn't need. We appreciated his honesty in the midst of a stressful situation more than I can state, so I hope five stars and our recommendation of H&M Plumbing will do the job.
