The process of getting started and checking in was simple. However, there was a one time set up fee that seemed a little bit unreasonable that was a surprise.
Then thing that really turned me off about these guys is that they tell you that if you leave in the middle of a given month you don't have to pay anything past the move out date. But when I moved out they told be that the only way to get that money is if you haven't already paid for that month (corporate policy).
So, if you are a responsible person and pay at the first of the month like they ask you to, you get penalized when you move out.
