Just want to tell you my experience between other Lowe’s and the Lowe’s in Sandy, I went to Ogden to take care of my properties doing lawn services-with my New ego lawnmower had issues with my mower went to Lowe’s out there in Ogden with my receipt they could not find a matching receipt in their computer system and push me away, Spent 25 minutes there then they sent me to Riverdale and Riverdale I had the same situation. They could not find my receipt in their system, even though I have proof showed them my credit card and my receipt they still could not find it on their system again just wasting my time to warranty it out, this was in less than 30 days of ownership they could not help me. I came to Sandy and Jennifer the manager was an amazing person, She found my receipt within minutes and took care of me. Now that’s what I call great service. Thank you Jennifer for taking the time and knowing where to look. You’re Amazing!!! I will always do business with your store. Keep up the good work.

I thought buying a toilet having it it delivered and installed by Lowes would be a good idea. Took them 2 weeks to finally get a plumber to install it, but it's been leaking ever since, and the plumber has not returned to fix that even though he said he would. Lowes has been no help. They reschedule another plumber but schedule it 2 months from now! OMG The associates are nice and everyone I talk to on the phone is nice, but still I'm left with a leaky toilet.
