- MTMac TravisMay 4, 20261.0Prices online are not what you pay. I have the 2nd the smallest unit and pay nearly $100 monthly for it cause the online price isn't truthful, they add a $16.50 "insurance rate" not to mention I've only had a unit there 2 months and they've already increased the rent.
