  The company was on time and polite. They were super informative and helpful. While my service did end up being more than we thought I’m very happy I did it. I’ve been having a severe allergy to a scent in my home and while it didn’t make it go away completely it has dramatically helped already and they only just came today!

  Professional and quick cleaning service by Victor. No pressure and gave us suggestions to improve the home air quality more after the cleaning. There is a noticeable difference in our homes air quality.

  The whole process was easy, quick, and efficient. The online appointment system was helpful and the response was quick. Josh and Reuben came to my home within a few days of contacting the company and had clear communication from the start. After making assessments to our furnace, they provided me with photos and suggested maintenance but were never pushy about any particular service. They were quick and efficient while inside the home and the pricing was more fair than other companies we contacted. I would highly recommend the company for AC and furnace repairs/maintenance.

  They did a wonderful job and were incredibly informative! Our house’s vents never have been cleaned (built in the 1950s) so it was an eye opening experience seeing how disgustingly dirty they were. I had a lot of questions and the technician was very patient and explained everything thoroughly! They showed me the steps along the way and gave recommendations based on what they saw. When we need our vents cleaned again, I’ll definitely be using Sanitair again.
