  David Hardy was great to work with on my difficult project. We asked him to hook up our alarms and systems using Starlink and WiFi. He had to completely rewire our system because we changed out the control board. David also helped us by recommending we add a carbon monoxide sensor to our furnace area and he found another similar sensor wasn’t working. All in all, David was great.

  We have had multiple problems with our video system Virtual Keypad since it was installed. It took several visits to install and never worked right. We have noted this several times, that at least one camera was always off line. At the time of installation, the installer said we needed an extender to make it work so we got one which allowed him to complete the installation. We have called numerous times. A tech came out July 20 and concluded it was our internet connection. We had Comcast out the next day and they said that was not the issue. I reported this to your tech department and did a speed check while she was on the line to prove the point. She arranged for a tech to come out yesterday, July 24 and bring a new camera in case that was the issue. David Hardy was the technician. He did a careful assessment and determined it was not the internet or the cameras. He deduced that the original installation had put 2 cameras on the extender internet and 2 cameras on the regular internet. He then tried connecting one of the wayward cameras to the extender internet and it worked so he connected the other one and for the first time since it was installed, the system works. Careful assessment and patience by him was impressive. He did not immediately jump to simple conclusions which has happened in the past with others. David Hardy did a great job and finally gave us a system that worked. Definitely an employee you want to retain and reward. Thanks
