  Used this company for months with no issues until one tech, on a visit where my wife was home alone, decided a friendly conversation meant he could ask for her personal phone number. Put on the spot in her own home, she felt pressured to give it. Someone we PAY to service our home should never put a customer in that position. After I reported him, he texted her directly with excuses, making it even more uncomfortable. We cancelled entirely. Be cautious booking this company if anyone in your home may be alone during appointments.

  Bryce Bollinger came out to take care of our gopher problem and was absolutely excellent. He was extremely professional and kind. He explained everything he was going to do additionally he provided us with tips for monitoring after he was done. The pricing was reasonable and the job was done in under 10 minutes. 10/10 any further pest or vermin needs I know who to call. Thank you again Bryce B!

  Bryce Bollinger did a great job treating our wasp problem. He identified a few potential nests and treated them with wasp dust, whereas the prior 2 technicians only sprayed which did not properly treat the problem. Hopefully this latest treatment finally solves our problem.

  PestPro is amazing as a whole! Had a very big problem with earwigs, inside and out of my parents home. From the very beginning of getting quotes and picking the best service for my parents, to the billing being easy, to the amazing technician Aidan Reid, I am over the moon with PestPro. They took such good care of my parents, even while I live out of state. My parents said Aidan was very kind, answered all their questions, and was able to even give them advice on how to better prevent other infestations! Just a day or two after, my parents were so excited to see the results, no more pests! Thank you PestPro for taking care of my family, and for treating my parents and I so well. Highly recommend this company!!
