We came in with a straightforward shopping list of cut wood (a couple 4x4s and 2x12s cut to 2’ lengths) and were completely neglected by everyone except for the associate who greeted us at the front and directed us to the cutting area. We left without buying anything because there are better places to spend our time and money (pretty much anywhere else). The apathy and lazy dismissiveness displayed by the people from whom we tried to get help is a symptom of high-level neglect. I don’t know if it’s understaffing or if pay/working conditions aren’t sufficient to attract competent workers, but you have got to fix this. We will not even consider visiting this store again.
To management: don’t you dare add insult to injury by asking me to waste more time on your 800 number, navigating yet another futile system. This store’s customer service sucks, you know it from the reviews here, and the ball is in your court to do something about it.

I'm extremely disappointed in the management at this store gradually disrespecting veterans parking. It's moved slowly but surely with this current manager from somewhat close to entrance to farther away. I do appreciate they actually remember veterans, but if storage sheds and empty cart return are more important, PLEASE just do away with the feeble recognition.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
