    Bottom line: do not visit this store unless you desire your time wasted. Our experience with Ferguson was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Like many other reviewers have noted, the showroom seemed to have plenty of employees present, yet obtaining meaningful assistance was surprisingly difficult. After a visit without an appointment, we subsequently scheduled an appointment in advance, took time off work to attend, and arrived prepared to make purchasing decisions. During the appointment, we carefully narrowed our selections with the sales representative and requested a formal quote and product list. Unfortunately, the follow-through was unacceptable. We never received the information as promised and had to make multiple follow-up requests. When the quote finally arrived, not a single product listed matched what we had selected during our appointment. This forced us to spend even more time correcting mistakes that should never have occurred in the first place. Scheduling an appointment, taking time away from work, and investing hours into the selection process should result in accurate information and timely communication. Instead, we were left chasing basic details and correcting avoidable errors. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. We found better pricing on plumbing fixtures through Hajoca, and many big-box retailers were willing to match or beat Ferguson’s pricing on appliances while providing a far more responsive customer experience. A showroom can be impressive, but service is what ultimately matters. Unfortunately, Ferguson failed on the fundamentals of communication, accuracy, and customer care. We left feeling that our time was not valued, and we would not choose to do business here again.

    Extremely disappointing experience. Communication was very poor throughout the process, and based on the other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. We were given repeated promises and timeframes that were not met, with constant delays and little to no proactive updates. On top of that, we were told certain items were in stock when they ultimately were not, which created even more delays and frustration. Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and unreliable. I would strongly recommend ordering your product from a different vendor unless you want to be put through the wringer.

    If you like snotty posh with terrible service this is your place. The receptionist could not be bothered from painting her nails and the sales woman she yelled across the show floor to help us was no better. Asked no questions about our project or what we were looking for. And when asked to print a spec sheet was off put by the inconvenience. Handed us the sheet and walked away with zero follow through. Its a shame we found the exact same thing else where and ended up spending 6,000 in lighting for our home. Poor service will always lose.

    Updating my review to stress the helpfulness and follow through of staff. Worked with Lori McCay who was highly responsive and helpful. Lori replied to email requests, voicemail messages, and drop in visits (no appointment) promptly and professionally. Her advice was invaluable and trustworthy. My project is nearing its end (yippee!). Lori brought positivity and encouragement to every interaction. Thank you Lori!!! Great place to see up close and personal hardware, sinks, lighting, mirrors, faucets, etc. for kitchens and bathrooms. Knowledgeable and helpful staff with great ideas and suggestions. Remodeling two bathrooms and the insights the staff provided were so helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

    If you really need to see this place just go and check it out for yourself, we did. You should too! 😉 We had no one bothering us or even try selling us anything. We enjoyed our peace just looking around and now we know where we will be going when we are ready for a new kitchen and bathrooms! Great choices. Beautifully done. Especially their chandeliers. Great place for a great idea on your next project. The front service she was a very nice lady and the men enjoyed everything there and we love ❤️ this place. Did I mention, They have Vikings! I love them all 😍
