  Today while at work I was falsely accused of trespassing on this location after hours by Tracy and Andrew, after denying their accusations, Andrew became very defensive and stated he was sure it was me because he saw the footage. Alright whatever I’ll head there and we can watch the footage together. When I arrived I was met by Tracy in the office who was “going to lunch” and “meant to call me back” after they realized it wasn’t me whatsoever and accused the wrong person. I then have to deal with Tracy being her typical self (rude as can be) and get a half apology from her, I don’t need an apology I need you to be sure of what you’re accusing people of. Then Tracy decides to start yelling at me telling me to “MOVE OUT THEN” after i told her I don’t need want her apology. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody at all, Tracy is a terrible manager and is the worst thing to happen to this location. Multi YEAR customer at this location being treated like this is terrible.

  Very unhappy with the rate increase when the switch from Towne Storage happened after being a loyal customer of Towne for several years. The only highlight has been the addition of Tracie, who has been very helpful in maintaining consistent communication and options moving forward.

  I have multiple units and one if them wasn't getting paid properly but the others were, I was at risk for foreclosure even though my other units were fine (all paid on same card). Tracy was a great help, we figured out what was going wrong, updated a bunch of outdated information and got me access back to my unit. It's easy to earn five stars when everything is going fine it's harder when random things pop up. I give Extra Space & Tracy 5 atars.

  Consistently been so quick to help with urgent questions about my storage unit. Tracy esp has been outstanding, she is so friendly, professional, swift to respond, and communicates clearly how we can take care of things in a timely manner. Locale is extremely convenient (anytime we're moving with friends we can pop around the corner for pizza), parking/unloading area has never been busy, they've carts for easy transfer to unit, etc. So glad we found this company

  I rented a unit at this location starting May 2025 under Towne Storage at $49/month. Since Extra Space took over management in November, my rate has gone to $71 and then to $141 — a 188% increase in fourteen months. I could accept market-rate adjustments if the facility had improved. It hasn't. On January 1, 2026 I sent a written complaint about security and maintenance here. A manager called me within days and told me the problems would be fixed. Seven months later, none of them have been: the security gate has been open and non-functional since roughly March, the elevator has been down for extended stretches, the moving carts that used to be available are gone, and the restroom is now locked with frequently no staff on site to open it. I've written to customer service twice about the rate. Both times I received the identical form letter stating Extra Space is "committed to providing value through competitive pricing and maintaining clean and secure facilities." I'm paying nearly triple for a facility that is measurably less secure and less usable than the one I signed up for, and I've now been told twice — once by phone, twice in writing — that this would be handled. I want to stay. I'd like a rate correction and a facility that works, not a third copy of the same letter.
