This is a great storage option! Clean, safe, good location. They were even on top of it when we moved out for UU move-in day, contacted me and suspended our account for us. I highly recommend and will use again!!

The 2 star review is because we couldn’t not get a moving truck into the storage facility (doors are too low see the picture with the dumpster for reference)
This caused my moving bill to increase substantially higher due to the long walk from the loading bay to my unit.
Pricing is super low, but I do anticipate it going up.
The facility has very limited windows and has been retrofit for storage.

Nice facility with a simple online signup process. Bit of a maze on the inside. Enclosed parking garage is accessible from 700 S (westbound only) and allows for easy loading/unloading out of the elements.

This is one of the most frustrating storage facilities I’ve ever used.
Staff was nice.
If you’re moving with a truck, be prepared for a nightmare. There is essentially no practical access for moving trucks the door height is too small and the once you’re in you have to pass a row of cars.
If you’re a tractor trailer… good luck.
and there is no customer parking on the street.
Finding the office is confusing to find.
Once you’re inside the facility, the layout feels like a maze. Getting to your unit requires a long walk, making every trip more difficult than it should be.
The construction next door only makes things worse by creating even more congestion and making access harder.
A storage facility should make moving easier, not more stressful. Poor access, no parking, a confusing layout, and ongoing construction made this an experience. I would not rent here again and cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient storage facility.
