    Lowe’s customer service on the phone Is terrible called two times trying to speak to someone in their paint department with a specific question they automated online assistant is useless! I would give them -5 stars if available

    I would give them a minus 10 if I could. It is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I bought a range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer in mid February. I waited 2 weeks to get the dishwasher delivered and installed. The individual that installed it didn’t make sure things were level and put the screws in where it would have been impossible to use and the dishwasher didn’t even work. When I called I was told I would have to call the manufacturer to get a mother board to fix it. After a huge run around and missing work they agreed to replace it but it would be the end of March. When I found out it was going to be the same installer, I cancelled the dishwasher and went to Home Depot. In the mean time, the washer and dryer was delivered. The installers didn’t level the machines and said they “couldn’t” level it because the floor wasn’t completely level, (my son and I leveled it ourselves) but the kicker is the machines were supposed to be white and black but the dryer is an off white and doesn’t match. I called the store and was told it was impossible the color didn’t match. No biggie I only spent over $1500 for the pair, but can live with the mismatch. The range was installed by the same people and they wasn’t going to level the stove. When I insisted they adjusted it to counter height and level it they pulled it out by the oven door and now the door doesn’t stay open. With that and the big scratches they put on the stainless steel piece below the controls, it looks like an old range. I called the store on this as well and to have it replaced due to the door damage and asked for different installation people. I was told it would be the same ones and it would be at least two weeks to get another one delivered, which I declined as I don’t want to continue with the same issues and more missed work. I was also told by the appliance manager in addition to being refunded the amount of dishwasher, they were going to discount some more off for the hassle and the time I have had to miss work. Well, today I had to call the store again to follow up on the refund of the dishwasher and warranty as it has never been issued. This store is a nightmare. Worst Lowe’s I have ever dealt with and wish I would have spent my $7000 at Home Depot. DON’T waste your money or time here!
