I've had a unit here for probably 8 or 9 years. Actually two units at one time. Never any issues. When it switched from Townestorage to Extra Space it was a huge improvement. The gate got an upgrade so it worked with an app on your phone. The maintenance improved and they are actively making things better all the time. I've left this location for an Extra Space location closer to where I am currently living but if you have a need in the Herriman/ Riverton area this place is topshelf.
