Looks like it was opened or returned and they taped up and resold it. It’s missing pieces and I’m 40 miles away. I called but get no one and get prompted to leave a voicemail. Totally not happy.

- LNLarry NewtonAug 21, 20263.0We were disappointed with the lack of help that the At Home employee who delivered our La-Z-Boy over-sized La-Z-Time® PowerRecline Chair with Power Headrest and Lumbar Motion at the dock of the store. The chair weighs nearly 150 pounds and we are elderly--I am in my 80th year and my wife is in her 76th year. After I helped lift the recliner into the back of my high 4WD pickup, the employee refused to get into the pickup to help place the chair for tie-down and transport. My wife severely pulled her back muscles trying to help move the chair. She is suffering and recovering slowly at this time. The emoloyee told us he was not allowed to get into our truck by company policy. Not helpful.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
