They decided to almost double the rent of my storage unit in the middle of July, very strategically before all students would be putting their stuff in storage for homeless week. I only got a mailed notification (no text, call or email) which i didn’t see cuz i was out of the country. Lady was nice and gave me credit for a month, luckily, but man, watch your back cuz businesses like this in provo will destroy you poor college students.

We've used various extra spaces storage units for years. We are very unimpressed with this location. The gate has been "broken" 6 weeks which means it's just opened day and night for anybody to come cut locks and break into units, I've voiced my concerns to the manager and I was just told "it's getting fixed". It doesn't take this long to get a gate fixed. We don't feel our stuff is secure here,

So the units themselves are really nice, but this place is a total scam! We payed 3 months upfront to get a cheaper monthly price, then they literally doubled our monthly price beginning with the 4th month, I would stay away from extra space storage!

🔹️They DON'T have hidden fees, neither they change your monthly rates out of the blue without the proper and timely notifications.
🔹️They are human, they listen to your concerns and requests, and they work with you in a very caring manner. They DON'T make you feel that you are neither a burden nor a nuisance.
🔹️ They literally keep their eyes on the units, making sure that everything is secure and protected. In one occasion I had a phone call and a text to contact them ASAP, and it was to notify me, that I didn't lock my unit properly and it was actually unlocked. 💯🎉🎉🎉
🔹️ Their grounds are clean and well kept!! Very nice looking place, location, and convenient access!! 👍👍

I feel at peace that I can actually breathe without concerns not just because my stuff is in good hands, but I'm certain that at the human level I'm dealing with amazing people, and that human factor is something that you can't replace nor you can find it everywhere else nowadays!!
