- LLLidia6 days ago1.0This is by far the worst company I ever did business with. This is about operations part this business. I spent 2 hours trying to reach Corporate Office in Provo, Utah. Every time I was given a telephone number for this office I ended up calling every other city except the Head Office in Provo. Is there anyone working in Provo office? It is impossible to reach someone in charge. Every time after pest control treatment I have to call Aptive 6, 7 or 8 times and ask for the invoice. This has been going on for 2 years and I am about to cancel my contract. The operational side of this business does not qualify for more than one star. They have people in multiple cities answering the calls but nothing gets ever resolved and it is a waste of time to call.
