I was a customer with them for over 10 years. I started with them when they first came to Ca. They were wonderful. They told me my price and it would be locked in for life (NOT TRUE) it did for a while until they outsourced their customer service and we lost our point of contact that we were able to get a hold of through text or phone. We now had to call a 800 number and was forced to speak to someone not from the states with the thickest accent so you couldn’t understand what they were saying who read off of a script and knew nothing about this company or its products. Then they started to raise my price I started at $85 every 3-4 months then without letting me know my price increased to &110 and they were coming every 30-45 days. I tried calling to find out what was going on but once again I could never get anyone on the phone. So I went to social media and that’s when someone from the actual company reached out promised me my price would never change again. Well that didn’t last long because here in Northern California whoever they have running this branch didn’t care what the main person from Provo Utah promised me and they kicked that price back up I tried reaching out to them in Utah but conveniently that person no longer works there either so another person from their main office told me he guaranteed my price would stay at $85 for as long as I stayed with the company!! Well once again Ca. Office didn’t care about that and raised it. Then their every 30-45 day service instead of there every 3-4 month service I was paying so much money for a service that was tanking so bad!! They were going through techs so fast and the ones they hired didn’t care about their jobs it was horrible. I dropped them as my service and now all of a sudden I’ve got them sending me texts, knocking at my door lol. I can’t be with a company who promises one thing and does whatever the hell they want instead.

Hired them for pest control, they came 1st time and signed the contract they were to come every month. Our credit card was billed July 9th and nobody has come. Called customer service who confirmed no one has been to our residence in 54 days. Asked to cancel our service, was transferred to another gentleman, says his name was CJ. For at least 15 minutes this gentleman kept pushing us to keep the service. I finally got so frustrated I asked for a manager. He still kept going on and on to the point I yelled at him and refused to continue talking. He kept me on hold 10 minutes then came back saying a manager will call me either today or tomorrow. I have no clue if I will get one.
So they bill you without coming and refuse to let you cancel? This is absolutely disgusting service. Beware before signing with them, on top of all this their is a $200 fee to cancel. Even more $ for service you never get.

Our technician, Jeremy was polite, professional, and thorough. He truly went the extra mile and fully extracted a wasp nest colony which had developed in our exterior 2nd story dryer vent. In addition to taking care of the wasps, the remainder of our pest control treatment was completed with similar attention to detail. In our opinion Jeremy is text book version of a customer service rock star.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
