He was great, listened and asked questions to make sure he addressed all our concerns. He was respectful and polite.

I misunderstood the price offer. When I called they gave me a better price option. They said they sent me the contract information to my email, but it didn’t come through. We found they misspelled my email address and resent it, but it still did not come through and that wouldn’t stay on the phone with me to find out why.

Grayson. You didn't tell me I would have a 360$ cancelation fee. I didn't appreciate the way you hounded me during an extremely busy time for me as I was getting my family off to our busy activities. I made a quick decision in a time of duress that will cost me almost 400$. Really wish you would have respected my answer of it's a busy time. And I need to talk to my husband and I have 5 min to talk to you. You made us late to our activities and you would not take no for an answer. Next time I'll be more firm and not as kind or nice to people selling. I'll give a Gatorade still but be mean if that's what it takes. I hope you told the truth about wasps bc I heard another Mira salesman at my in-laws house saying your exact same lines. I have a bad taste in my mouth for Mira now. I will be with you for a year and then I'm out. Customer service was extremely nice but even though I am calling to cancel less than a week after saying yes to your aggressive persistence, I have to pay a $360 cancellation fee.

Aptive technicians were always great....very informative and nice. My problem started with Aptive when my contract ended. The automated system continued to schedule appointments for me. I called several times to stop the automated system from scheduling appointments... it continued. As a courtesy, a representative offered me a free service, because I became very annoyed. I received the"free"service and also agreed to the basic service( no contract). I could schedule appointments only when I want. Then, about 2 months later I received a bill for that "free" service. Also, another appointments was make that I did not authorize. I became so irritated, I told the Aptive manager to remove me completely. I will not do business with Aptive in the future.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
