I've experienced good customer service through extra space storage. The location is convenient. The only thing I'd be wary of is if you book them through an outside company don't expect the price to stay that price longer than 3 months. After about 3 IDK if it goes to normal process or what. I wasn't familiar with storage units it's my first one so now that I've looked around the price is a good price for a 10 ×10 but the promotion was half the price so if you book it on one of those sites I think that's just a promotional price for your first few months. When it doubled I was worried because I didn't know about that but I did talk to someone and he did help me and get it adjusted a little bit and help me get $20 taking off of it so I didn't have to empty my storage unit which I appreciate so did you have helpful staff and I've always been kind and courteous when I've called and they've always called me and reminded me when I haven't to pay either the same day or today two days later and they didn't charge me a late fee I don't think so which was really cool. Cause I totally spaced out and I was two entire days past due

It’s a really great space. We first rented for a really awesome rate but then our rates jumped pretty high after a couple of months. Apparently I missed in the fine print somewhere that I came in on a promotion. Other than that these guys have been great to work with.
