- EHEmily HoggardApr 21, 20263.0Really nice storage. Everything seems clean and organized. When I started using the unit I had talked to the manager on the phone and he told me their hours. The next day when I tried to come by during said hours they were closed with a note on the door saying they were out for the day doing some training. I feel this could have been said on the phone since it was so close to the time that I was coming. So I had to unload my kids and everything I was going to put in the unit and reload them all back up when I could go back. Not only waisting my time then, but I also had to pay for the unit for over a week when I wasn't using it, because no one was there to give me the lock. There is a big sign on the gate saying first month free, but I never got a free month, and I talked to several people on the phone. Also they charged me for my first few months up front, but the moment that was up they almost doubled my monthly payments. I called to ask why they would charge so much, and they said thats what all storage places do. They offer a cheaper rate then once they have all your stuff moved in, bam, higher payments... I have never used another company, so I cant say if others do that, but I do think that's very bad business. It makes me want to stop using the unit, and if someone else came in my place they would be paying the lower price for months, so why loose a good paying customer for the potential of no customer or one a bad one.
