- RSRita Stevens5 days ago1.0Well I called key man didn’t answer the ogden office number all day. Called the Layton mobile number and they answered. He was on the office. Asked to schedule a mobile service to reprogram my ford truck and cut a second key. He said he did not have a mobile service until next week and The kid said he thought it wasn’t needing programmed and thought it might be the key and I should run it in and test. Key tested good and he said his professional opinion it was something mechanical and not programming and didn’t want to even get involved. Sad because I really wanted to have them fix it and not the dealership. Cost me $630 for ford to cut second key needed to program and the reprogram my BCM. Just like we all thought but the kid and his professional experience he didn’t want to help with his service. We both lost and I’ll let everyone know if they go to layman they need to ask for the man not the kids or find someone else. Poor customer service.

I initially had an appointment with the dealership to get My key programmed and cut and they were going to charge me $85 and have me wait 45 minutes. Instead, I came here first and asked them their price. It was $65 instead of $85. They also took maybe 10 minutes Max. They have the best service ever and I will definitely come back!!!! I 100% recommend coming here instead!!
