- CRCasey RichOct 5, 20265.0We had such a great experience at Hot Tub Center! I messaged them throughout the weekend trying to figure out the right jet for our older hot tub and he was great to work with. He was helpful, patient and genuinely went out of his way to help us find what we needed. Customer service like this is hard to find these days! We appreciate them taking the time to help us going above and beyond. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Hot Tub Center!
- MWmike weaverOct 3, 20265.0very happy with purchase they stood behind their product and customer service. anytime time I asked for help they have always gone above and beyond to help me. excellent service will recommend to other customers.
- AGAlaina GregorykOct 1, 20265.0We don't usually leave reviews, but for this guy we will make a big exception. If you want honesty, a good deal, craftsmanship and an overall good experience buying a hot tub, this is the only guy in Northern Utah that I would go to. He sells new and completely refurbished hot tubs. Enough said. It's been a pleasure. Ask for Chris.
- DCDonna CorcoranOct 1, 20265.0I purchased a hot tub on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. The cover needed replacement and they promptly replaced it the next day. Cache was very helpful with instructions on how to use the tub and also attached the cover to the tub. We are very satisfied with the service and thank Kris also for his salesmanship.
- JCJulia CaldwellSep 8, 20265.0We stopped in for a random part- and the service was fantastic! From the greeter Bruno to the help from his humans! NOT only were they able to find this obscure part and solve our problem- their kindness was exceptional! THANK YOU HTC!!!!
