  I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a great hot tub with great Customer Service. Kris and all of his employees are always so welcoming and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about Hot Tubs. You will not be disappointed.

  We got a great hot tub for a good deal here. We’ve had it for over 7 years with no problems until just recently there was a leak and we contacted Kris who helped us diagnose the issue and get the parts needed to repair it. Great service!

  Purchased a used Spa from Kris back in 2016 and again this year when we decided to upgrade to a brand new 2026 model. We went with him for 2 reasons. 1. He answered the phone when I had questions or needed a part. 2. When looking at spas, I noticed they have other brands parts in them (control board, pumps, etc.), and the guy knew them like the back of his hand; not just the brands him and his guys are selling. He’ll tell you how it is regarding the parts each brand uses. In my opinion, this shut the large “brand exclusive” hot tub sellers out for us. We’ll be back in another 15-20 years to upgrade yet again.

  Do not go here, they have a 5 year warranty and that sold us. Little did we know it will leak or a pump will go out and they do not know how to repair it. I’ve owned this spa for 3 1/2 years now it has been broke for the past 5 months with multiple repair attempts with zero success. Beyond that it’s needed a repair 2 or 3 times a year since I’ve owned it, including a leak the first day I filled it up. It was one of the top models so it was not a cheap spa. So here I am with a spa that has a problem every few months and the warranty is about to expire. I feel like he has been shady the entire time, go anywhere else but here for a spa. Cal spas are an awful spa and they do not stand behind their product. Editing this compiling all the issues: Only issues I have record for he won’t give me a list of all of them and contacted cal spa they have record of 3 issues so he isn’t reporting everything 5 major repairs 14 visits to try and repair 5 no shows from the repair tech And the spa is still not functioning correctly. He now has refused to service this spa anymore unless I remove this honest review, even though it’s still under warranty and cal spa is currently auditing this. I thought it was weird when he was very adamant abut not contacting cal spa when we bought it. I think I now know why. And this spa is still not functioning correctly. Replying: you say everything is working yet you know it’s still not working. The microsilk has not worked since march and still is not functional. So how could you say everything is working????
