We were not able to take immediate possession due to the cement of our new patio needing to cure. They were very accommodating. They delivered to Orem Utah. Some things were forgotten in the initial delivery (chemicals etc) …. So WHY did we give them a 5 star review? Because we saw what service was even after they had all of our money and had very little reason to accommodate our needs. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It has been several months now, and it's been a great experience having a hot tub. We were more than happy with both the product and the service and feel Hot Tub Center would be a great place to start if you are interested in owning a hot tub.

When we went down to browse, Kris was super helpful and we were able to find something right away. The purchasing process was simple. The responsiveness from Kris during the after-purchase was phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable about the product. Although our hot tub is a refurbished unit, it’s perfect! Everything works great. A fantastic deal for a hot tub since they include a cover, stairs and the initial chemicals needed for use.
