  They have some very un professional people managing this location as of right now!! Online says they have units available but when you come to get a tour of them the “manager” say they have nothing available. You call the number online and speak to someone in California about the place and reserve a unit, all works great until you actually try to get the unit in person and the managers lead you on a month long rat chase on how they have one waiting for you, but in reality they are just wasting your time, they don’t have units ready and when they do they pick and choose big corporate company’s with lots of money to rent there space over any of the normal people waiting in line! Wouldn’t recommend even wasting your time driving there to talk to them! It goes nowhere

  Had a horrible experience here. Me and a friend spent almost 2 months trying to rent a unit here. We first called online (That doesn’t help at all), which was their corporate office located in California. The units they say they have available online do not match the ones that they have in person. So my friend and I decided to go in person and try and find out what they really have available. We got there and called the number posted on the door. We finally got to talk to the manager of this location (Barb) and she told us they didn’t have any units (the size we were looking for) at that time. They did say that there were going to be 2 units that should be coming available shortly in the next week or so. My friend and I said that would be awesome if we could get one of those. She said absolutely and had us fill out some paperwork. Barb told us that she would keep in touch and let us know on what’s going on. She told us that as long as we can agree to their terms and conditions and as long as those units come available. one of the 2 units would be ours because they only had one person interested in a unit of that size on their list. We left and after a couple weeks we hadn’t heard anything so I called again and tried to get ahold of Barb to get an update but nothing. So me and my buddy went back to the location because you can’t get ahold of anyone otherwise. We got there and she said that the units they will be available at the end of the month and gave us her phone number. We said perfect and left. Well the end of the month came around and we tried calling to get an update she answered and said it’s been extended a week and said she will give us a call that following Monday. So we waited and never got a call so that following Monday we called to get an update and we got nothing so I sent Barb a text asking for an update. She proceeded to read the text messages but not respond so on Tuesday I tried calling again and got sent to voicemail so I sent her a text and again she read it but didn’t respond. So today (Wednesday), I tried calling again this time she answered and said hello I told her it was me and she said I’m driving I can’t talk. I said ok well can you give me a call back a little later I would like an update she said we will see I can try and hung up the phone. So later today I sent a text and said hey I would really like an update. She texted and said the unit has been rented and that was it. I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated and how this was handled. No communication at all and didn’t hold up to there word. Would not recommend this place at all.

  Recently improved storage property that is great for small businesses and private individuals to be used as contractor storage, RV/Boat storage, or warehouse space. The units all have in-unit power, high ceilings, and heaters are being added. Hunter is responsive and easy to work with as a manager!
