- BLBrian LamarMay 10, 20261.0Came to unload a trailer and truck full of things into my storage shed. The gate would NOT OPEN! There were several other people that came to access their storage shed also. We called the 1800 number for help and they called the manager in. He couldn't fix it, so he made several calls to get someone to come and address the issue with no avail. After two hours of waiting we and several others left. One lady was from washington and needed to get things out before the drive home. I would recommend looking at another storage facility.

To many hidden fees. It was quick and he was very polite don't get me wrong but all the price jumping is uncalled for.Thanx There was no issues with Brian but there is issues with the prices jumping around and false advertisment though.
